Dear Seminole Friends and Family,
It's finally here, your Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Trip information! After much discussion with Mr. Wood and the Band Booster Leaders, the group has decided the Friends and Family packages will be on the exact same itinerary as the band! This means you'll be staying in the same hotel too!
Below are 3 forms for you to consider:
- Form #1: This package includes the Band Itinerary with the Broadway Show tickets to Wicked. If you are choosing this itinerary, reservations must be made and a deposit received by this Friday, April 23, 2010. There is a $200 per person non-refundable deposit to cover the Broadway Show tickets and this $200 is applied to your total trip cost.
- Form #2: This package includes the Band Itinerary without the Broadway Show tickets to Wicked. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 28, 2010 with a deposit due within two weeks of booking.
- Form #3: This is the ala carte form and allows you to purchase either hotel and/or the Thanksgiving Spirit Dinner cruise separately from the rest of the package. These are the only items guests will be able to purchase separately. Please note, if you have already reserved hotel rooms there is now a new hotel. Original rooms were reserved at the Marriott New York East Side. Those rooms are no longer available and reservations there will not be honored as we have moved the hotel block to the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers to be with the band. Due to this move and the location of the Sheraton the price per room night has increased.
