MusicAmerica Events is committed to protecting your privacy online.

Visitors to MusicAmerica Events website are not required to provide personal information. If you request information or forms from us, we may ask for personal identifiable information from you. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, passport number, credit card numbers, phone numbers, email address, and school that you attend or teach at. In addition, when you use our websites, certain user information and site activity data is collected. Further details on the information we collect is described below.

MusicAmerica Events is required to collect personal information about you and the designated traveler when you register for travel on our website. When you register, we collect specific information such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, and credit card information. In addition, if you register yourself and/or your child as a traveler, we will need a complete traveler profile in order to provide our services. In order to complete the traveler’s profile, the following information may be requested of the traveler: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, passport number, gender, school, general request or specific needs. We may also use that information to contact you about other information, services or products related to the trip, such as cancellation insurance, in which you might be interested. Only you can make changes to your personal information or the traveler’s profile. If you would like to correct any information that has been inaccurately provided to us or that has changed, or to delete the information provided to us after your travel has been completed, please hit the "Contact Us" button of the appropriate MusicAmerica Events program and send us clear instructions to that effect.

Upon registration, you will be provided with a travel identification number with which you can access your travel profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the travel identification number, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur with respect to your travel identification number. You agree to immediately notify MusicAmerica Events of any unauthorized use of your travel identification number.

We use personal information collected in conjunction with registration or purchases on our website and off-line purchases and transactions to complete transactions and fulfill requests for services. We may use the information provides to us to perform a number of functions including, but not limited to, (i) booking of travel, (ii) billing you for your travel services, (iii) sending you reminders, (iv) sending you offers that may be of value unless you opt out, and/or (v) notifying you confirmation or changes to the reservation.

In addition, because our travel services are offered in conjunction with the services of other companies such as airlines, hotels, and other tour operators, MusicAmerica Events will provide information collected from you to those companies to facilitate the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements or for the specific purpose for which you provided the information. MusicAmerica Events may also disclose such personal identifiable information collected from you to companies unrelated to the travel services to be rendered, unless you inform us that you do not wish such personal information to be shared.

If MusicAmerica Events believes that you are violating MusicAmerica Events Terms of Service or are causing injury through interference or otherwise, MusicAmerica Events will disclose personal information necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action, or when MusicAmerica Events is legally required to disclose such information.

MusicAmerica Events website does contain links to other websites that may collect personal information about you, and we have no control over the privacy issues of those websites. When you provide us with credit card information in order to complete a purchase transaction or for verification purposes, we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format. We use industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and so we can't ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

By using our websites, some information may automatically be collected by our web servers as you browse our site. We also collect information by using technologies and methodologies that enable tracking, such as “cookies”. Many web browsers are automatically set to accept cookies. You may change your browser settings to either reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is about to be placed on your computer. Please note, however, that rejecting cookies while visiting our website may result in certain parts of the website not operating correctly or as efficiently as if they were allowed.

Due to the nature of our services, travel purchase information—including personal identifiable information—may be collected by us from the parent or legal guardian of travelers under the age of 13. We may retain personal information when necessary to provide travel services to a child under 13, or when necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or for safety or security reasons, or as otherwise necessary for us to provide services. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13. When children under the age of 13 attempt to register with MusicAmerica Events, we ask for a parent or guardian to provide consent before we collect any registration information. Children should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal information to anyone online. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information online without your knowledge, you may contact us by sending an email to webmaster@musicamericaevents.com, and ask us to delete this information from our records.

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena or other legal process, as requested by a governmental or law enforcement authority, when it is necessary to protect the rights or property of MusicAmerica Events, our customers, our websites, or their users, or when we believe in good faith that it is in the interests of aviation security or that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable.

We will not sell (or trade or rent) personally identifiable information to other companies as part of our regular course of business. However, it’s possible that we might merge with or be acquired by another company or that we might dispose of some or all of our assets. If that happens, customer information which includes your personal information may be part of the transferred assets.


We may amend and/or update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
