Tournament of Roses Parade  -  Pasadena, California

The first marching band to appear in the Rose Parade was the Monrovia Town Band in 1891, with fewer than 20 members. Today, it's not uncommon to find a 250-member band marching in the Rose Parade, and more than 50 musical groups compete for 16 openings every year.

On Friday, January 1, 2010 at 8 a.m. (PST), millions of spectators from around the world will celebrate the New Year with the 121st Rose Parade themed 2010: A Cut Above the Rest. The Rose Parade will once again feature the beautiful pageantry and tradition of magnificent floral floats, high-stepping equestrians and spirited marching bands.
Call us today and start planning your trip. Bands are selected approximately 14 months in advance to give the chosen groups time to raise the money needed for the trip to Pasadena.
