Your All American Irish Dance Festival Package includes:

All Disney® properties and room types are available for special pricing as long as there is availability.
HOTEL & DISNEY’S MAGICAL EXPRESS PROVISIONS:
- It is the responsibility of the individual booking the rooms to provide every person involved in the reservation(s) a copy of the terms and conditions and to check reservation accuracy on the original and subsequent MusicAmerica confirmation.
- All reservation change requests must be made via the official change form.
- Once your reservation is made: $50 deposit due per package is due within 7 days. June 15, 2012 and after, full payment is due at time of booking. A deposit holds your reservation and full payment confirms it.
- Last day to cancel for Full Refund less a $10 transaction fee is June 15, 2012
- Unless requested in writing in advance, all credit cards on file will be automatically charged the balance due on each account on the latest final payment date of June 15, 2012. Please make sure the correct card is on file prior to the deadline.
- For those at WALT DISNEY WORLD® properties and eligible for the exclusive benefits of Disney’s Magical Express, your full rooming and flight information is due per person traveling, to MusicAmerica on or before June 29, 2012. See transportation tab for more instruction and details pertaining to Disney’s® Magical Express.
- We understand that plans fall through or change sometimes. MusicAmerica does not charge a cancelation fee and will work with the hotel on your behalf regarding your cancellation or change. However, the hotel(s) imposes the following penalties to its customers that we are required to pass on: For a cancellation made June 15 to July 9, 2012, there is a minimum cancellation fee of One Night’s Room & Tax per room plus any additional fees incurred by MusicAmerica from hotels or other suppliers up to the full value of the reservation.
- No refund if reservation is canceled or reduced after July 23, 2012, or for early departures.
- Reservations are not considered confirmed until final payment has been received. All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served. Time of booking does not secure a location or special options. Teams reserved under the same name are automatically requested to be blocked together, but are not guaranteed.
- Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds, specific buildings or locations, are options that can be requested on your behalf, but are not guaranteed. Any associated fees for special requests to be paid onsite as an incidental.
- All hotels have their own incidentals policy, minimally all will require a credit card hold or a cash daily deposit.
- Packages and add on you have ordered will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in MusicAmerica programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through MusicAmerica.
- Any Early Bird Special Promotions apply only to the amount of rooms/room nights on reserve, per account, at promotion end date. Additions/changes are applicable at regular rates afterwards.
